The chalet also has a ski-room, handy for storing your equipment after a day's skiing, and is close to the village center, providing easy access to shops and restaurants.     • A 50% deposit is required to finalize the booking, and the balance is due no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental.

  • Payment Conditions :
    • Bookings made more than 6 weeks in advance :
      • A 50% deposit is required upon contract signing
      • The balance is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental
      • The deposit must be paid 15 days before the start of the rental

      • Full payment is due upon contract signing

  • Security Deposit :
    • The amount of the security deposit varies depending on the property and will be communicated to you at the time of booking
  • Check-in Time :
    • Check-in is available from 5:00 PM, and your Homebooker agent will be present to welcome you, conduct the inventory, and guide you upon your arrival at the property. 'This can be adjusted based on availability.'

    • Check-out is generally at 10:00 AM, and we strive to make this moment as smooth as your arrival, based on your specific needs.
