Jean Imbert, the famous French chef and winner of the TV show Top Chef (season 3 in France), serves at this Cannes establishment. A huge cinema enthusiast since his early years, it was in Cannes that he made his culinary debut. It therefore made sense for him to come and tell another story in Cannes, not that of a film this time, but that of a restaurant that pays homage to the world of cinema… In 2025, the establishment obtained its first Michelin star.
This may well be the first time that a celebrity, quite removed from the film set, has won a Palme d'Or in Cannes! Joking aside, Jean Imbert is the artist who takes center stage here, at the Palme d'Or restaurant in Cannes.
The chef wanted to work with sea-fresh, sun-drenched ingredients in this restaurant on the Côte d'Azur. His mantra: to create gourmet cuisine, while prioritizing simplicity. The essence of his cuisine evokes the sea, the orchards of Provence, and the vegetable gardens where the sun's beautiful vegetables grow.
Sea bream, John Dory, and pigeon are notably featured on the menu. Exceptional ingredients are also given pride of place, with the presence of lobster and caviar.

Service is available from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and in July and August until 10 p.m.
