The menu changes with the seasons and features fresh ingredients. Local ingredients often guide the composition of our dishes… Braised baby rock octopus with Espelette peppers and organic spelt from Bras, potato gnocchi with truffles, arugula, and Parmesan, oven-roasted local peaches, the authentic hot Grand Marnier soufflé, and the daily specials—everything is homemade.
